About us

Two best friends, one pink trailer, zero fake stuff.

We've been best friends for eight years, and proud mums for nearly as long. Jersey Belle was born out of a simple frustration: the sea of artificial ingredients hidden in the food we were feeding our kids. So we set out to make a wholesome, honest treat, for our families, and for our community.

The farm

A 4th-generation partnership.

Our ice cream is made with the rich, golden, gently pasteurised milk and cream from Josh's Jerseys, a family-run farm in Abergavenny we feel lucky to call neighbours. Their pasture-fed Jersey cows are milked just once a day, which keeps the herd happy and makes the milk exceptionally creamy.

What "natural" means to us.

No artificial flavours

If we want strawberry, we use strawberries. Simple as that.

No fake colours

Even our sprinkles are handmade with natural ingredients.

No chemical preservatives

Our menu changes daily because our ice cream is made fresh, in small batches.

Always evolving

We grow it, bake it, churn it.

We grow our own garden mint and strawberries, bake our own brownies and biscuits, and even make our own sprinkles. Our menu shifts with the seasons because the ingredients do. It keeps us learning, and it keeps every scoop at peak freshness.
