Mint we grow ourselves, churned with flakes of real dark chocolate. The colour is pale because there's no green dye in sight.

Our pride and joy.
Load up your scoop with whatever you fancy, from fudgy brownie chunks to freeze-dried strawberry pieces and naturally-coloured sprinkles. Everything is handmade by us, with natural ingredients. No mass-produced, chemically- coloured factory sprinkles in sight.

Because our flavours rotate constantly, our allergens change day to day. We regularly have gluten-free and nut-free options on the menu. Please always have a chat with us at the trailer window before ordering so we can tell you exactly what's in today's batch and avoid any cross-contamination. Our base is pure Jersey milk and cream, so our standard ice cream is not dairy-free.
