Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to everything you buy from jerseybelle.co.uk, including ice cream tubs, gift vouchers and trailer hire bookings. By placing an order or making a booking you agree to them. We are Jersey Belle, based in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, Wales. Email jerseybelleicecream@gmail.com.

• Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• We aim to dispatch tubs Monday to Wednesday for next-day delivery within the UK mainland. Some postcodes may take longer.
• Tubs are packed with insulated wool and chilled gel packs. Please refreeze on arrival.
• Because ice cream is perishable, your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply once we have dispatched it.
• If your order arrives melted, damaged or with anything missing, email us within 48 hours with a photo and we will refund or replace.

• Vouchers are delivered by email to the recipient address you provide.
• Valid for 24 months from purchase unless stated otherwise.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and remaining balances are not refundable.
• Treat your voucher code like cash. We are not responsible for codes lost or shared.

• A £150 deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is invoiced after we have confirmed the final details.
• Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to another date within 12 months, subject to availability.
• If we have to cancel because of weather, illness or anything outside our control, you get a full refund or a new date, whichever you prefer.
• You are responsible for providing safe access, level ground and a 13A power supply within 25 metres unless we have agreed otherwise.
• Final guest numbers should be confirmed 14 days before the event.

Wholesale orders are placed by approved trade accounts and are subject to a separate trade pricing schedule and minimum order. Payment terms, delivery windows and returns are agreed at account approval.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. If a payment is declined your order is not placed and your booking date is not held.

All our flavours are made in a kitchen that handles milk, eggs, nuts, gluten and soya. If you have an allergy please contact us before ordering so we can confirm what is safe.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any single order or booking is limited to the price you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site at the time you order or book is the one that applies to that order or booking.
